That change finds an expression as property of the factorially organized collectives with respect to the means of production constantly changing in their concrete stock attached to them, with respect to the goods produced (or to realize by commerce) by them and with respect to the part of the profit given to them, as joint property of the community organized in the state respectively of collectives organized in a factory with respect to the means of production and corresponding results of production in undertakings which are carried on in community with other owners, as national property respectively as property of socialist trusts with respect to the real preconditions (means) of the whole economic management, with regard to centralized funds and with respect to the part of the profit of the economic undertakings which is to be paid to the state budget. The organic unity of which the people’s property is realized by a centralization of certain functions of the owners serving a harmonic allround development and by the relations of management between the organs of the whole and the partial systems deduced from these functions. The Partnership ol the Production Cooperatives of Handicraft -Cooperative Community and Factory By Klaus Glaess The increasing socialization of the organisation of labour takes place among others in various forms of the co-work of the Production Cooperatives of Handicraft (such co- operatives among each other and with other factories of the national economy). The concentration, centralization, specialization, combination and cooperation of the production are supported by the inter-cooperative co-work which completely meets the requirements as set in the “Capital” by Karl Marx by his definition on cooperation and ways are opened for the realization of the scientific-technical revolution in the fields of the local economy. The socialization of the property increasing in this process the development of the socialist relations of production are especially expressed in the setting up of economic units on a higher level with respect to territories and branches and their planned incorporation in overlapping economic units (groups of production, cooperative chains etc.). In every case the principle is to be considered that the economic-operative and legal-organizational independence of the factories is to be guaranteed also in a close interfactorial co-work. The principles of cooperative democracy are in appropriate manner also valid for the inter-cooperative sphere. For this reason the Partnership of the Production Cooperatives of Handicraft (AGP) as independent legal subjects with own economic-operative activities and the combination of single cooperatives of handicraft are the highest form of inter-cooperative co-work. From this concrete conclusions for the structure and the working method of the organs of the AGP and productive communities and their legal form, on the perspective and operative planning and management of the AGP as also on the shaping, structure, use and function of the material and financial funds of the AGP are drawn. 334;
